It strikes me that generally people seem to have all the time in the world to complain about lack of, or lackluster, service but rarely does one take the time to make a point to praise a company for doing something not only right, but greatly exceeding expectations. This was my experience with Transworld and, in particular, with Helen in the administrative office. At a time when I am sure this company was inundated with urgent calls and requests for service (impending encounter with Hurricane Matthew - October, 2016), Helen made us feel as though we were her top priority and offered courteous, efficient, professional and extremely thorough service to us when needed. I feel she went above and beyond what was expected and kept us up to date on the status of our Generator service as we were evacuating Charleston and we had the peace of mind, thanks to her, of knowing our home was protected if the power was lost.

Our family could not be more pleased with Transworld Electrical. We had an emergency situation with our elderly mother, and when I called, Jamel and Bonnie sent someone within the hour. They actually took two men, Richie and Sean, off a job they were already working to see about our need, and they started working immediately. They were courteous and patient, and made me feel confident that they would do what needed to be done. Becky, who sent the invoice, was helpful and personable as well. Jamel even spoke to the owner on our behalf (without our asking, but thankfully so), causing Mr. Ritter to offer a discount, as finances were an issue. When I think of electricians, the word compassion doesn't come to mind; in this case, it does, and it applies to everyone we dealt with at Transworld. We greatly appreciate it. With no reservations, we wholeheartedly recommend this company. Thank you Transworld. You restored more than power!
I just wanted to say thank you for the immediate help you were able to provide to my Mother in dealing with my late father’s Apartment electrical mishap. I really do appreciate how quickly you were able to respond to the situation. I also wanted to let you know that Jamel and William were very professional and courteous the entire time. As soon as they stepped onsite they were working on a plan and providing options to repair the damage. Jamel kept me up to date with every detail as we progressed. William was more than happy to answer any questions I had when I would pop-up to check on the work. Being in the contruction industry myself, I can speak firsthand and tell you that those are definitely the type of employees we strive to find and keep in our industries!
