Rich and Sean were fantastic to work with during our 3 week electrical project. They were both considerate of my children and always cleaned up throughout and at the end of the day. It strikes me that generally people seem to have all the time in the world to complain about lack of, or lackluster, service but rarely does one take the time to make a point to praise a company for doing something not only right, but greatly exceeding expectations. This was my experience with Transworld and, in particular, with Helen in the administrative office. At a time when I am sure this company was inundated with urgent calls and requests for service (impending encounter with Hurricane Matthew - October, 2016), Helen made us feel as though we were her top priority and offered courteous, efficient, professional and extremely thorough service to us when needed. I feel she went above and beyond what was expected and kept us up to date on the status of our Generator service as we were evacuating Charleston and we had the peace of mind, thanks to her, of knowing our home was protected if the power was lost.
