Many small businesses have been challenged over the past few weeks as the country responds to the COVID-19 pandemic. Transworld Electric is an essential business and has remained open to help serve our community and provide electrical safety to our customers. We are committed to always delivering quality electrical services safely and we have implemented all recommended protocols by the CDC to protect the health and safety of our customers and employees.
Although we have remained open, many customers have had to close their doors and some projects have been put on hold. During this time of uncertainty, Transworld Electric has been focusing on improving our company and advancing our employees’ skills and knowledge to better serve our customers and community. As an employee-owned company, we truly care about our employees and are proud that we have been able to keep our electricians working and haven’t had to make any layoffs. Our employees have been encouraged to advance their skills and knowledge with online training and have been busy installing a new training center that will promote employee growth in the future. Additionally, we have worked hard on updating and improving our truck stock and inventory system to better serve our customers.
