Transworld, Inc. recently completed an eleven room renovation for the Planters Inn Relais & Chateaux alongside Tupper Construction. Planters Inn Relais & Chateaux is a leader in luxury Charleston hotels and unlike many modern hotels; this hotel remains an artfully preserved architectural treasure located in the very heart of historic downtown Charleston. The views from the main suites overlook Market Street and the aroma of pralines fill the air. This project required a complete addition of 2 rooms by expanding into the building next door. This created additional living space for the suites. All the electrical service was upgraded and equipped with LED energy efficient lighting. All the outlets next to the beds include a USB charging system for smart phones and tablets. The Charleston mural on the brick wall in one of the main suites was hand painted and took three days to complete.
