Well, it all started with Jamel and his visit to our home. He was on time, was so very courteous, and he listened! He also took notes and truly cared about what we wanted done. A few days later we received the most detailed quote we have ever seen. Let me tell you, just about everyone I know has heard about that quote!
Now on to Richie and Sean. Those two guys were phenomenal! On time, letting us know what they were doing and why as well as how long it would take. They also let us know how long the power would be offf. Friday, the city inspector passed the work, but neglected to call SCE&G so they could come out and do their part and turn our power back on. 4:00 came and went and that is when the power company closes its office so guess whatt? They said we would have to wait until Monday. That wasn’t good enough for Richie and Sean. No, they called Jamel, who was on his way to his son”s graduation. Did that bother Jamel? No, he was on it and found someone to get out here to get our power on. Richie and Sean stayed until it was on, too. Good guys.
