Our family could not be more pleased with Transworld Electrical. We had an emergency situation with our elderly mother, and when I called, Jamel and Bonnie sent someone within the hour. They actually took two men, Richie and Sean, off a job they were already working to see about our need, and they started working immediately. They were courteous and patient, and made me feel confident that they would do what needed to be done. Becky, who sent the invoice, was helpful and personable as well. Jamel even spoke to the owner on our behalf (without our asking, but thankfully so), causing Mr. Ritter to offer a discount, as finances were an issue. When I think of electricians, the word compassion doesn’t come to mind; in this case, it does, and it applies to everyone we dealt with at Transworld. We greatly appreciate it.
