I am very happy with their service. On the first call, they were very thorough in checking my complete generator system, which was corrected. The first time the electricity failed the generator did not perform correctly, although the diagnostic tests gave it a clean bill of health. Transworld found it was a factory defect and spent time getting coverage from the manufacturer. This saved me money. I like this company and their staff is well trained and organized.
