I want to particularly commend Willam Brown for the exceptional work that he recently did for me. We have a fountain in the garden which was not pumping water. The fellow who maintains the fountains thought that there might be an electrical problem but he was unsure. I asked William to try to determine the issue. He spent some time examining the electrical connections and successfully diagnosed and corrected the problem. Throughout the entire process, he was determined to solve the issue and worked at it until resolved. William was methodical, thoughtful and patient. Along with DJ, his assistant, I would trust William to tackle any situation. When I need electrical work in the future, I intend to specifically request William by name.
