Transworld in my opinion is the best in the Charleston area! I would recommend them to family and friends for their outstanding service and knowledge. The reason for my strong recommendation is I was in desperate need of service for a new generator we had installed and got the run around with several other local companies. However, when I called Transworld not only was the customer service willing to assist in making an appointment very quickly. They also sent out trained technicians that knew how to resolve the issue the day they came out. I only wished I knew about them when we had the generator installed. But in the end I was so pleased with the over all customer care we received I have become a loyal customer and requested to get a contract to have them handle our generator. I will not have anyone else do the work but them. They treat their customers the way they would want to be treated if they were calling for the service and that 100% awesome i n my opinion.
