It strikes me that generally people seem to have all the time in the world to complain about lack of, or lackluster, service but rarely does one take the time to make a point to praise a company for doing something not only right, but greatly exceeding expectations. This was my experience with Transworld and, in particular, with Helen in the administrative office. At a time when I am sure this company was inundated with urgent calls and requests for service (impending encounter with Hurricane Matthew – October, 2016), Helen made us feel as though we were her top priority and offered courteous, efficient, professional and extremely thorough service to us when needed. I feel she went above and beyond what was expected and kept us up to date on the status of our Generator service as we were evacuating Charleston and we had the peace of mind, thanks to her, of knowing our home was protected if the power was lost.

Indeed, power was lost for several days we found upon our return, and that Generator – freshly serviced – was humming away beautifully. Helen and the team at Transworld saved us from what might have been a very unpleasant situation and even enabled us to offer assistance to our neighbors in the form of power for cell phone, flashlight, and battery charging, as well as storage space in our two freezers.

My congratulations to the management staff for having the foresight to see how valuable Helen would be to your organization and making her an integral part of your team – I have already referred several neighbors and friends and will continue to do so. Again, my appreciation and gratitude for your professionalism, grace, and efficiency, Helen, and thank you to Transworld also for the peace of mind obtained.
