I also wanted to let you know that Jamel and William were very professional and courteous the entire time. As soon as they stepped onsite they were working on a plan and providing options to repair the damage. Jamel kept me up to date with every detail as we progressed. William was more than happy to answer any questions I had when I would pop-up to check on the work.
