Recently Richie and Josh come to our home to take care of a number of electrical problems. They were courteous and professional, interested in doing quality work, willing to explain what they were doing and why. They worked at a pace to accomplish their tasks in a timely manner. They made the effort to keep our home clean even while doing some dirty work. They appeared to know what they were doing, including working in compliance with applicable electrical codes. The troubleshooting task required considerable puzzle solving and they worked hard to resolve the problem. When we need electrical help again we will ask for Richie and Josh.
